for 1 litre :
600 g blueberries
300 ml water
50 g caster sugar
1Boil the sugar and 300ml water in a saucepan. When it reaches a syrupy consistency, remove from
the heat.
2Wash the blueberries and place them in the syrup while it is still hot. Process in the Smoothiemix and leave to cool.
3Transfer the coulis to a sorbet maker and allow to churn for approximately 20 minutes.
