HOW TO BENEFIT FROM THE WARRANTY?

To benefit from the guarantee, you must provide the purchase invoice. Magimix has no obligation to repair or replace a product that is not accompanied by proof of purchase.
The guarantee is effective from the date of purchase and it applies to:

COOK EXPERT

3-year warranty on Parts, Accessories and Labor
30-year (or 1000 hours of use*) motor warranty
30-year spare parts availability

The number of motor hours is not the same as the total number of hours that the appliance has been used. For soup, for example, the total preparation time is about 30 minutes but the motor is actually only used for about 1 minute. Thus 1000 motor hours corresponds to 60,000 soups (or 150,000 litres of soup!)
